Our production is located on the territory of the Kamsko-Ustinsky region in Tatarstan. The Kamsko-Ustinsky region is called the pearl of Tatarstan, this pearl is at the heart of our logo.Our area is rich in farms for the production of milk. At any time of the year and even in winter only natural milk is used. We choose the best suppliers and make high demands to the quality of milk and conditions for keeping of cows.
IN THE FIRST PLACE
The key to the quality of our products is constant control. We are scrupulous about all stages of production, control begins with the selection of farm milk and ends only after the product reaches the store's counter. Our plant is certified by the quality control system of food enterprises HACCP and GOST R ISO 22000-2007. The factory has a certified laboratory for continuous quality control. We borrowed the pharmaceutical technology " Clean room” and use it for maturing our cheeses.
Our factory is located in an ecologically clean region of the Republic of Tatarstan. We produce our cheeses only from high-quality farm milk that has passed full laboratory control. All production is carried out on the modern German equipment using French maturation chambers. As a result we produce up to 5 tons of finished products per month that meet international quality and safety standards.
Our cheeses' production is based on three pillars:
Ecological compatibility. Our production is located in an ecologically clean area of Tatarstan. We select the best farms that meet high requirements for the quality of milk and the content of cows.
Control. The strict quality control is carried out at every stage of production. Our factory is certified according to quality standards HACCP and GOST R ISO 22000-2007.
The combination of technologies and traditions. The cheeses’ production is carried out on the modern German equipment according to traditional French recipes.
Our team of professionals has created a domestic cheese that is not inferior in quality and taste to foreign ones.
